You can find Orchid An Ecotel Hotel over at 70/C in Vile Parle East. We are located on Beegamidre Lane A M Lane Cross, which is quite a specific spot. The biggest thing about our location is that we are very near the domestic airport. Because of that, we see a lot of people who are either just arriving in Mumbai or are about to fly out. The sound of planes is something you just get used to around here. It’s a busy part of Vile Parle. The lanes can be a bit confusing for people who aren't familiar with the area, but we try to help them find their way. We spend our time making sure the rooms are ready and the guests are checked in. It’s a lot of laundry and cleaning and making sure the kitchen is running. We aren't a massive corporate chain where everything feels cold. The staff here is mostly local and we’ve been working together for a long time. We try to keep the place running smoothly despite the heat and the traffic outside. Sometimes guests come in very late at night because of their flights, so someone is always awake here. It’s just a hotel trying to do things by keeping things simple. We don't have any big speeches to give about it, we just do the daily work of running a hotel and making sure people have a place to stay while they travel.
