Orange Salon & Spa

You can find us over at Thakur Village in Kandivali East. The shop is officially Orange Salon & Spa, located at Shop No 43/44 in the Uranus building. That’s part of the Evershine Millanium Paradise complex. It’s a big residential area, but we are right opposite Evershine Dream Park, so that’s the easiest way to tell people where to go. You can see the kids playing in the park from our front window sometimes when it isn't too crowded. We’ve got a decent amount of space here with two shop units combined together. It’s a mix of salon work and some spa stuff, though mostly it’s just people coming in for their regular hair needs or a quick shave. The neighborhood is always busy with families and people walking their dogs. Inside, it’s just the usual setup. We have the washing stations, the cutting chairs, and the quiet rooms in the back for the spa side of things. It stays pretty cool inside because of the AC, which is a relief from the Mumbai humidity outside. We don’t do a lot of talking about ourselves, we just get on with the haircuts and the massages. Some days are packed and other days we just sit and watch the traffic go by the park. It’s been our spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the residents in the Uranus building quite well. It's just a simple, local place to get things done.
