Oradba Online Training & Support Privatelimited is based in Bhayander East. We are in the Om Sai Samarpan CHS, specifically in flat A/202. It’s a residential area in Shivshakti Nagar, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time. We do exactly what the name says—we provide training and support online. Most of our work is done through computers. We help people learn about databases and provide technical support when they get stuck. We aren't a big tech firm with a glass building. We are just a few people working from an apartment to keep things running. We spend a lot of our time on headsets, talking to people from all over who need help with their systems. It can be a bit technical, but we try to explain things without using too much jargon. We started this because we knew the tech side of things and wanted to help others learn it too. Being in a housing society means we know our neighbors and it feels like a real part of the village community. We don't have a flashy website or a sales team. We just answer the emails and the calls as they come in. Sometimes we stay up late because of the time differences with students in other places. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep it simple and focus on the support work. We like the way things are going, one computer screen at a time.
