Our office is over in Dongri, specifically on Nawroji Hill Road 9th. It’s in the Amir Building on the third floor. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always crowded and noisy, but that’s just how it is. We go by Opulence Resorts & Holidays, though our space here is pretty simple and practical. We spend our days sorting out holiday plans and looking after resort details. It's not a glamorous job like people think. There’s a lot of paperwork and making sure everything lines up for travelers. The building is an old one, typical for this part of Chichbunder. We’ve been at Plot-12 for a while. Usually, the fan is humming and we’re just focusing on the screen. It can get stressful when things change at the last minute, but we manage. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us trying to get things right. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. No big speeches or anything, just work. The Mumbai humidity is something we just deal with while we handle the resort side of things. It’s a busy life here in the city. We’ve got stacks of files on the desks and a whiteboard that never seems to be empty. Dongri has a certain energy that you don't find elsewhere in Mumbai. It's loud and messy but it's home to us. We’ve learned to navigate the narrow streets over the years.
