One Stop Shop

One Stop Shop is our little business located at C/14 in the Crawford Market area of Malad West. We chose the name because we try to handle a bit of everything for the people who live around here. Mostly, we do travel bookings, but we also help with other small tasks that people find difficult to do online. The market is a very lively and noisy place, and our shop is right in the middle of it all. It is a small space, and we have it filled with computers and a printer that is almost always running. We have been here for a while now, and we know many of the regulars who come to the market every day. Sometimes they just stop by to say hello or to ask a quick question about a flight. We don't have any corporate training or a set way of talking to people. We just treat everyone like a neighbor. The work can be a bit repetitive, but it is never boring because there is always something happening in Malad West. We deal with all sorts of requests, from simple bus tickets to more complicated international trips. We just take each request as it comes and do the work manually. The shop is our second home, and we like being part of the daily life of Crawford Market. It is practical, a bit messy, and it suits us just fine.
