Our office is in Vile Parle East, specifically in unit 601 B. It's a decent area, quite residential in parts but with enough business going on to keep things interesting. We work in the medical field, mostly handling the administrative side and making sure supplies get where they need to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork, really. The office isn't huge, but it's got a good view of the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a few years and have gotten to know the local tea stalls and the best places to grab a quick lunch. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the courier is late or the phones won't stop ringing, but we just take it one task at a time. We don't have a fancy website with lots of promises. We just do the work that comes in. Vile Parle is a good place to be based because it's easy for us to get around. Most days are pretty quiet, just the sound of typing and the occasional meeting. We like it that way. It’s a simple operation, and we try to keep it that way without adding unnecessary stress. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our part in the medical supply chain without making any big fuss about it. We stay busy enough as it is.
