Our office, Omkar Bird Proofing (India) Pvt. Ltd., is in the Aga Irani Building. We are in Unit Number 4 on the first floor. The building is on B.M. Marg, right across from the Elphinstone Railway Station on the west side. If you're looking for us, we’re also near Rajesh Restaurant, which is a good landmark for people who aren't from the area. Being right by the station means there's always a lot of people moving around outside and a lot of noise from the trains. Our space is where we keep our nets, spikes, and all the tools we use for our jobs. It’s more of a functional office and storage area than a showroom. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites around the city, but this is where we plan everything and manage the crew. The building is one of those old Mumbai structures with high ceilings and thick walls that stay cool. It’s a bit worn down in places, but it works for us. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer phones all day. People usually hear about us from someone else who had a bird problem. We keep our gear organized so we can grab what we need and head out to a job quickly. It’s a specialized kind of work, and we’ve been doing it from this same spot for a while now. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. It keeps us moving.
