Omega Engineering Company

Omega Engineering Company is tucked away at 114/912 in Motilal Nagar-1, Goregaon West. It is not a very big shop, just a local place where we spend most of our days working with metal and machines. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and oil, which is just part of the job. My father started this small workshop many years ago, and I have stayed on to keep things running. We do not have any fancy brochures or a front office with a receptionist. Most of the time, I am out there with the guys, trying to fix a part or get an order ready for a customer. The neighborhood around here has changed a lot over the years, with new buildings going up, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. Some of our machines are quite old, but they still work fine for what we need to do. We don't go out looking for big praise; we just want to get the work done so we can go home. Sometimes the heat in the workshop gets to be a lot in the summer, so we take breaks for tea under the small fan. It is a simple life, and we are okay with that. If you come by, you might have to shout a bit to be heard over the noise of the lathes. We just do our thing here every day.
