You can find us over at Evershine Mall in Malad West. We’re on the first floor, shop number 80. It’s right on the Link Road, near Chincholi Bunder. Being in a mall is a bit different for an office, but it’s convenient because there’s always something going on. Omatra Hospitality Services is basically run by a few of us who have been in this line of work for years. We do a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for the hospitality industry. The mall can get pretty packed on the weekends, but during the week when we’re working, it’s not too bad. We spend our days dealing with vendors, talking to clients, and trying to keep everything organized. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and a lot of folders. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall is a bit too cold, and other times it feels like it’s not working at all. That’s just how it goes. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny signs. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have worked with us before. We believe in just being honest about what we can do. We aren't a giant corporation, just a local team in Malad trying to keep our clients happy and our business running. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like it that way.
