Om Dot Digital Solution is located at 10/A in Ankur Society. We are over in Andheri East. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate office. We like it that way. Most of our work is done on computers, handling various digital tasks for people who need them. We spend a lot of hours staring at screens. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of typing and maybe some tea being made. We don't have any big signs outside, so you have to look for the Ankur Society gate. We’ve been here for a bit and the neighbors are used to us by now. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this city. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just help people with their digital needs, whether that's sorting out files or helping with online stuff. It's practical work that needs to be done right. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a keyboard. People usually find us through word of mouth. We don’t spend money on ads. We just try to do the work well enough that people come back when they have another problem to solve. It’s a steady way to work and we enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the society every day we are here.
