We are located on the first floor of the Patel Ice Factory building. It is inside the Vijay Board Compound at Safed Pool. Finding us can be a bit tricky if you don't know the Kurla Andheri Road area well. The compound is always busy with different businesses and workers moving stuff around. Our space is not very large, but we manage everything from here. We work on healthcare products, mostly pharmaceuticals and related items. There is a lot of noise from the nearby factory operations, but we are used to it by now. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep. We have a few desks and some shelves for samples. It is a practical setup. No one wears suits here. We just come in, do the work, and go home. The traffic on Kurla Andheri Road is usually a mess, so we try to get our shipments out early in the morning. People often miss the turn for Safed Pool, so we tell them to look for the ice factory sign. It is a very industrial part of Mumbai, and we fit right in. We don't have time for fancy talk or expensive meetings. We just focus on the boxes and the labels. It is honest work in a busy neighborhood. We have been in this compound for a long time and we know it well.
