Black & Denim

We are based in Sagar Apartment, specifically in unit C/4 on Old Nagardas Road in Andheri East. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the street outside is always full of traffic and people heading to the station. Being in an apartment building means our space is a bit different from a regular shop. We’ve turned the main rooms into a work area with desks and storage racks. It can get pretty cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, and sometimes we have to pile boxes in the hallway for a while. The smell of denim fabric is quite strong in the air here. We have a small balcony where we keep some of the cleaning supplies and a few plants that are struggling a bit. The kitchen is where we keep the kettle for tea and some snacks for the afternoon. We spend most of our time on the phone or working at our computers. The walls are thin, so we can sometimes hear the neighbors or the kids playing in the building. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, and the stairs can be tiring if the elevator isn't working right. We don't have a fancy sign outside, just a small nameplate on the door that people sometimes miss. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and we get our daily tasks done without much fuss. We usually head out once the sun starts to go down.
