Octamec Engineering Limited is based in Mumbai, specifically over in Goregaon West. We are in the Sejal Park area at Prabha Apartments, unit D/1313. If you’re trying to find us, we’re right near the Oshiwara Bus Depot. It’s a busy part of the city, and the traffic around the bus depot can be quite something. Being in Mumbai means everything is fast-paced, but our office in Prabha Apartments is where we slow down to focus on the engineering side of things. We’ve got the 400 062 pin code for our mail. It’s a residential building that houses our workspace. It’s not a giant skyscraper. We like it this way because it’s a bit more personal. We do all our planning and engineering calculations from here. The windows look out over the Sejal Park neighborhood. Sometimes you can hear the buses honking or the people at the market nearby. It’s a very local Mumbai vibe. We’ve got our desks squeezed in, and there’s usually a lot of paper and drawings lying around. We’re just a group of people doing engineering work in a crowded city. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform. If you ring the bell, one of us will just come to the door. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a fancy downtown office. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s just how we do business here in Goregaon.
