Oberoi Hotel & Resorts, Mumbai

Our office is located at 16/1056 in the M H B Colony of Abhyudaynagar. This is in the Kalachowki area of Mumbai, 400033. It is a very local neighborhood, full of families and small shops. This isn't the big hotel itself, but more of a place where we handle the practical things like staff records or coordination. The building is a standard colony structure, so it is nothing fancy to look at. We have a couple of rooms with basic desks and chairs. There is always the sound of kids playing outside or people talking in the hallways. We have been here for a while, and it is a good spot for being in the middle of the city. The office is usually quite full of papers and some uniforms waiting to be picked up. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in if they need something. We spend a lot of time on the computer or just chatting about the day's schedule. It is a very grounded place. We don't use any corporate jargon or talk about big strategies. We just focus on the daily tasks that keep everything running behind the scenes. It is a bit cramped sometimes, especially when everyone is in at once, but we manage. We just do the work that is expected and try to keep things organized.
