We’re up on the 4th Floor of Tower 3 in the Equinox Business Park. Our office is in the East Wing, right in Kurla West, across from Equinox Tower. It’s a big complex, and sometimes people get a little lost trying to find the right elevator. Even though it’s a big business park, inside our doors, it’s just us trying to keep up with the daily tasks. We deal with a lot of different things here at Nuvoco Vistas. The view from the windows is mostly other buildings and the street below, which is always packed with cars. It can feel a bit corporate because of the location, but we try to keep a more relaxed atmosphere among the staff. We’ve got our desks and our meetings, and plenty of tea to keep us going through the afternoon. It's not always perfect; sometimes the lifts are slow or there's some maintenance going on that makes things noisy. We don't really do the whole polished "corporate image" thing very well. We’re just people who show up, do the work, and go home. We’ve been in Kurla for a while and seen how much this area has grown. It’s a lot busier than it used to be. We handle our operations from here, making sure everything is running as it should. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments, but we get it done.
