Nu Life Hospital

Being situated right on LBS Road in Ghatkopar means it’s always loud outside with the traffic and horns. Our hospital has been sitting here for quite some time, and if you live in Ghatkopar, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. Inside, things are usually moving fast. The nurses are always on their feet, and the doctors are constantly moving between rooms. It’s not a shiny new glass building, it’s a practical place where we deal with a lot of stuff every day. The lobby is often full of families waiting, and there’s always that hospital smell that sticks to your clothes. We’ve got some old equipment that still works perfectly fine and some newer things too. Sometimes the lift takes a bit too long, so we just take the stairs. It’s a busy life here on LBS Road. People come in at all hours, and we just do what needs to be done. We know most of the shopkeepers around here because we go out to get tea from them when there’s a break. It isn't a fancy corporate setup, just a regular hospital trying to keep up with the pace of this part of town. We try to keep things simple and focus on the patients who are staying with us. The road outside has been under construction off and on for months, so getting into the parking area is sometimes a bit of a puzzle. We have a night shift that sees emergency cases, and the tea stall across the street stays open late just for us.
