Noval Waste Management

You can find our office at 701, Oxford Chambers. We are located on Saki Vihar Road in Powai, which is a busy part of Mumbai to be in. Noval Waste Management is what we do, and it is a job that never really stops. Being up on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below, which is usually backed up. The office is a standard workspace with desks, computers, and a lot of files. We deal with the logistics of moving waste and making sure things end up where they are supposed to. It is not a glamorous business, but it is necessary for a city like this. The phones ring quite a bit, and there is always some issue with a truck or a schedule that needs fixing. We have a small team here, and most of us have been in this industry for a long time. Powai is a good area, though finding parking near Oxford Chambers can be a real headache sometimes. We don't have any corporate slogans or big missions written on the walls. We just come in, check the logs, and make sure the operations are running as smoothly as possible. The elevator in the building is sometimes slow, but we don't mind the wait. It’s a typical Mumbai office life, filled with tea breaks and a lot of coordinating over the phone. We just try to keep the city a bit cleaner, one load at a time.
