Nokia Stores

If you are in Bandra West, you might have passed by our Nokia Store. We’ve been here for a good while, watching the neighborhood change around us. Bandra is always moving, always loud, and we are right in the middle of that energy. The shop isn't as big as the ones you see in the malls, but we carry the main phones and accessories people look for. We spend a lot of time explaining how the new models work to people who are used to the older ones. The shop floor is usually busy with people dropping in to check out a screen or buy a charger because they lost theirs at work. We keep the glass clean, but fingerprints always find a way back on. It’s a lot of talking throughout the day. We don't have a big corporate team here, just a couple of us who know the phones well enough. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait for things to load while the customer stands there, which is a bit awkward, but that’s life. We have a small back room for stock and coffee breaks. It’s a practical space. We don’t go for anything too flashy. We just open up in the morning, put the displays out, and help whoever walks in. It’s a steady pace most days, and we like the location because there’s always something happening outside.
