Our office for Noble And Fine Jewels Llp is up on the tenth floor of Matru Ashish. The building is on Plot 454, along Laxmibai Jagmohandas Marg, though most people just call it Nepean Sea Road. It’s also near August Kranti Marg. Being on the tenth floor gives us a bit of a view of the area, which is nice when we take a break from the jewelry work. Nepean Sea Road is a bit more upscale than some other parts of Mumbai, but our office is still just a place where we get things done. We have a lot of different pieces coming in and out. Fine jewels take a lot of patience, so we spend a lot of our time just sitting and looking at the details. We aren't trying to be something we’re not. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We just have our desks, our tools, and a lot of paperwork. The lift takes a minute to get up to the tenth floor, but once you’re here, it’s relatively quiet. We’ve got a small group of staff who have been with us for a bit. We just handle the day-to-day operations, talking to suppliers and keeping track of the inventory. It’s steady work. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just show the jewelry to whoever needs to see it and manage the business as well as we can from this corner of South Mumbai.
