Nirvaan Foundation Of Skill Development

We've been over here at T K Industrial Estate in Sewree for a bit now. It's a busy spot right by the bus stop on Palturam Murai Marg. The ground floor office is where we handle everything. It’s not a fancy place, just some rooms where people come to learn things that might help them get a job. We noticed a lot of folks around Mumbai City need a hand with actual skills, not just book learning. So, we set up the Nirvaan Foundation of Skill Development to fill that gap. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we manage. People walk in from the neighborhood, and we try to figure out what they need. It’s mostly about teaching practical stuff. We have basic equipment and some desks. The walk from the Sewree bus stand is short, so it’s easy for students to find us. Usually, someone is around to answer questions if you just drop by. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how things work in the local industries. We spend our days planning classes and talking to folks who want to improve their lives. It's regular work, nothing too complicated. We just want to make sure the people who come through our doors leave knowing a bit more than they did when they walked in. That's the main thing we do here in Sitaram. It’s a simple goal and we stick to it every day without much fuss.
