Nirmiti Surgicals

Our business, Nirmiti Surgicals, is tucked away in Gala No. 108 inside the Jyoti Industrial Estate. We are right on Marol Maroshi Road in Andheri East. If you know Andheri, you know it’s always crowded and moving fast. Our gala is basically a big room where we store all the surgical supplies we handle. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a tour. It’s a working space with boxes stacked high and a lot of tape being used. We spend our days checking orders and making sure the right kits go out to the clinics. The industrial estate has a lot of other businesses, so there’s always a bit of a buzz. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. We aren't into big marketing or flashy websites. Most people find us because they need something specific and we happen to have it in stock. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been here for several years now and we know the delivery drivers by name. Sometimes the traffic on Marol Maroshi Road is so bad it takes forever to get anything out, but we do our best. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us here in Andheri. We don't have a lot of meetings; we just get the work done as fast as we can.
