Niral Industries

Our spot is in the Gala Industrial Estate, right on Dumping Road in Mulund West. Specifically, we’re in room 230 on the second floor of the Gala Complex. It’s a busy industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery or trucks nearby. Niral Industries is a small operation. We don't have a lot of extra space. The workshop area is right next to the office desks. It gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. We’ve been here for years and we know all the other shop owners in the complex. It’s a friendly enough place, even if it looks a bit rough from the outside. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we tell people to take their time. We handle various industrial tasks and manufacturing. Our equipment is old but it works just fine. We don't spend money on new furniture unless something actually breaks. There is a small window that looks out over the estate, but it’s usually too dirty to see much. We focus on getting the work done right. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. You just get whoever is closest to the desk. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We start our day early and finish when the work is done. That’s just the way it goes here. We don't mind the noise and the dust too much.
