Our office is up on the 4th floor of the Manibhuvan building. It’s located at 54 Hughes Road, right in the Chowpatty area. It’s an old building, but it works for us. Working in concrete systems means we spend a lot of time looking at drawings and talking to people on different job sites across the city. The traffic down on the street can be pretty loud, but being up on the fourth floor helps a little bit. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now. It’s not a huge space, just enough for the desks and all the files we’ve piled up over the years. Sometimes the elevator acts up, and then we have to take the stairs, which isn’t great when you’re carrying a bunch of samples. We aren't really the type to have a big corporate setup. It’s more about getting the work done and making sure the concrete specs are right. The location is good because we’re close to everything, though finding parking around here is a total nightmare most days. Most of us have been here a long time, so we know the building and the neighborhood like the back of our hands. We just focus on the technical side of things and keep moving forward. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that’s just how this business goes. Nothing too complicated, just a steady rhythm of work.
