Nilu Industrial Spares

Nilu Industrial Spares is based in Borivali East at the Dheeraj Hill View Tower. Our office is unit B/803 on C G Road, which is quite close to Dheeraj Upvan. Shelves full of various industrial parts and spares take up most of our space. It is a quiet place for the most part of the day. Much of our time is spent looking up part numbers and checking our inventory levels. This kind of work does not make for exciting stories, but it is what we do. While Borivali East is a busy neighborhood, being up on the eighth floor keeps us away from the street noise. We handle all the small components that factories and machines need to stay running. No big showroom or fancy display cases exist here. Instead, it is a functional office where we pack orders and talk to our suppliers. Slow elevators in the tower often mean we end up waiting around a lot. Having been at this location for a good while, we know the other business owners in the building. Running a business this way feels very practical. Most of our time is spent on the phone or at our desks. Making sure the right spares get sent out to the people who need them is the priority. This is just a regular day of work for us in Borivali.
