You'll find us out in Ambegaon, right across from the Gulmohar Dhaba. The address is M No 5 Eklahare Shindewadi. Ngdm Egg Farm Llp is basically what the name says. We spend most of our time dealing with the birds and making sure everything is running right at the farm. It is a noisy job, as you can probably imagine. Being near the dhaba is actually pretty handy when we need a quick meal or a break from the sheds. The air out here in Shindewadi is a bit clearer than in the center of town. We have a lot of daily chores that don't wait for anyone. Eggs have to be collected, feed has to be moved, and the trucks come and go at odd hours. It’s not a clean job, and we usually end the day pretty tired. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of what we do is just manual labor and keeping track of the numbers on a clipboard. It’s an honest way to make a living. The weather affects us a lot, especially when it gets too hot for the hens. We just do our best to keep things steady. If you’re driving past the dhaba, you’ll likely hear the farm before you see it. That's just how it is for us every single day.
