New Tech Chemicals

Our office is situated over at Abhishek building, which is part of the Dalia Industrial Estate. It is Room 111 on the first floor. This part of Andheri West is always packed with people and vehicles. Getting to the office involves navigating around the Kuber Building and coming off New Link Road. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there are always trucks loading and unloading something nearby. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and taking calls for chemical orders. It is not a very large space, but we have enough room for the desks and some samples we keep on the side. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. Being behind the Kuber Building means we don't get the direct noise from the main road, but the estate itself has its own hum of machinery and shouting. We have been in this spot for a bit, and we know the other business owners in the building. Sometimes the lift is slow, so we just take the stairs to get things moving. It is a practical place for a chemical business. We deal with various industrial supplies and spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the logistics are sorted out. It’s a lot of mundane work, but it keeps the business going day after day after day.
