New Shanti Bhuvan Restaurant

New Shanti Bhuvan is located in the Rajuji Manaji Building at 158 SVP Road, right in the Grant Road area of Mumbai. We are directly opposite the Round Temple, which is a big landmark around here. Grant Road is always moving, and being on SVP Road means there is never a quiet moment. The building itself has been around for a long time, and we’ve been operating out of it for quite a while too. It’s a very traditional Mumbai setup. We don’t have fancy air conditioning or modern decor. It’s just a place where you can get a meal in the middle of a busy day. People coming to visit the temple often stop in, and we get a lot of locals who work in the nearby markets. The energy of Grant Road is intense, but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. People know where we are because we've been here. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but that’s just how things are in this part of Mumbai. We focus on the daily routine of the kitchen and making sure we’re ready for the lunch rush. It’s an honest, working-class kind of restaurant. We don't try to be anything else. If you're near the Round Temple, we're right there across the street. We just keep the tea hot and the food ready.
