New Grace Medical

New Grace Medical is situated in Shop No 6 of the Sun Grace Building. We are right in Powai, across from the old Chandivli Studio, which is a landmark most people know. The shop is small but we have packed the shelves with everything we can fit. It’s a quiet life behind the counter for the most part. We spend our time checking expiry dates and helping people find their prescriptions. Mumbai can be a hectic city, but inside the shop, we try to keep things organized. We aren’t a big chain pharmacy with bright neon signs and loud music. We just have our wooden counters and the steady hum of the refrigerator where the medicines stay cold. Sometimes it gets busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We recognize most of the faces that walk through the door because they live in the apartments nearby. It’s a basic way of working, just staying open late and making sure we have what people need. There isn't any fancy decor, just the white walls and lots of boxes. We have been in the Sun Grace building for a good while now. Every day is pretty much the same, but we don't mind the routine. We just keep things running and make sure the shelves are stocked every morning before the first person arrives to pick up their items.
