New Best Restaurant

New Best Restaurant is in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Masjid in Mumbai. We are specifically located at Shop No 198 on Raudat Tahera Street, right in the Null Bazar area. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded and loud this part of the city is. There are markets everywhere and people carrying heavy loads through the narrow streets all day long. Our restaurant is in an old building, and the space inside is quite small because every inch of room in Masjid is valuable. We have some basic wooden tables and stools where people can cram in to eat. It gets very noisy with the shouting from the market outside and the bells of the passing carts. We don't have a lot of room for storage, so we get our supplies fresh from the market right next to us every single day. The walls are a bit old and the ceiling is high, typical of the old Mumbai architecture. We serve a lot of the workers from the market who only have a few minutes to eat before they get back to their jobs. It’s a chaotic environment, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels normal to us. We don't try to be something we're not; we are just a small eatery in a very busy part of town. It’s honest work and we just keep the kitchen going from dawn until the market closes up at night.
