Neoteric Systems Pvt Ltd is based out of No-B/315 in the Virwani Indl Est. We are right off the Western Express Highway in Goregaon East. It’s a pretty standard industrial estate, so there are a lot of other businesses and small factories around us. The highway is always humming with traffic, which you can hear if the windows are open. We’ve been here for a good while. Getting here can be a bit of a chore during rush hour, but once you’re inside the estate, it’s a bit quieter and more focused. Our unit is just a regular workspace. We have our desks, our equipment, and usually a few stacks of papers that need filing. We aren’t big on fancy decorations or impressive lobbies. It’s a practical place for practical work. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a good rhythm going throughout the day. Goregaon East has changed a lot since we started, with more big buildings going up, but this industrial estate stays pretty much the same. We like it that way. It’s reliable and people know where to find us. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on what we need to get done for the day. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, and other times we’re out the door right on time. If you’re ever driving down the Western Express Highway, we’re right there in Virwani.
