Neeta Pushkar Mela Resort

This office is actually inside the Neeta Travels space at 90 Saraswat in Borivali West. We are right opposite the Gokul Hotel, which is a big landmark around here. Neeta Pushkar Mela Resort is handled from this desk, even though the actual resort is far away. It’s a busy spot because of the bus bookings happening all around us. There are always people coming in and out asking about travel times or wanting to see pictures of the rooms in Pushkar. The walls have some posters and there’s usually a stack of brochures that are a bit dusty. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to the staff at the resort or trying to fix booking mistakes. It’s not a quiet place to work because of the traffic on the main road and the people waiting for their buses outside. We just sit here and manage the paperwork. It’s honest work and we try to keep the schedules straight. Sometimes the computers are slow and we have to write things down by hand, but that’s just how it goes. People stop in because they know the Neeta name from the buses. We don't have a big lobby or fancy sofas, just a few chairs for people to sit while we check the dates. It’s a practical setup for a travel business and we’ve been in this Borivali spot for years.
