Our place is on the first floor of Palm Villa in Bandra West. It is situated on Plot No. 1st Main Housing Board, right by the bus stop on Magadi Main Road. Being next to Demonte Park is actually one of the best parts about being here because it is nice to see some trees. The office is in an old villa, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have several rooms that we have turned into workspaces for our engineering projects. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the buses pulling up and people talking outside. We have been here for many years and the place has a lot of character. We don't have any big flashy signs. We prefer to keep things low-key. The desks are always covered in blueprints and calculators. We don't wear suits or anything formal like that. It is a relaxed atmosphere, but we do get a lot of work done. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the office gets a bit quiet then. We usually eat our lunch together in the small kitchen area. We aren't interested in all the corporate talk or marketing stuff. We just focus on the engineering side of things and try to be honest about what we can do. It is a good place to work and it suits us. We like the neighborhood vibes.
