We are based over in Ghatkopar East at the Sapphire Arcade. Our unit is 402. The arcade is a busy place with a lot of different small shops, so there is always something going on in the hallways outside our door. We deal with power stuff, so there are usually batteries, wires, and tools lying around on the floor. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is kept. The room is a bit small for all the heavy equipment we have to keep in stock. We don't have a big fancy neon sign, just the name written on the glass door. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. We don’t spend any time on social media or online advertising. We just wait for the phone to ring or for someone to walk in with a problem. The arcade can get quite hot in the summer months, and the building’s air conditioning isn't always working like it should. We have a small kettle in the corner to make coffee when we need a break from the work. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair or to sort out a shipment that came in behind schedule from the port. It’s a straightforward business. We don't try to be something we’re not. If we can fix something, we say so. It’s just me and one other guy running the show. (252 words)
