Bharat Electricals

If you are walking down the Bhandup West Main Road, you will probably see our shop. Bharat Electricals is right there on the main stretch where all the traffic is constantly moving. We have been in this spot for a long time and have seen many other shops come and go. Our place is full of all kinds of electrical things like wires, switches, and different bulbs for houses. It gets quite dusty because of the cars and buses passing by outside, but we try to keep the shelves as clean as we can. Usually, someone is popping in to ask for a specific fuse or maybe a long piece of wire for a repair at home. We spend a lot of time climbing up to reach boxes on the top shelves or moving heavy coils of wire around on the floor. It is a very noisy place with all the horns honking outside, but that is Bhandup for you. We only have one small stool behind the counter to sit on. The light inside is a bit yellow because we have different lamps on display so people can see them. It is honest work and we know most of the local electricians who stop by every morning for supplies. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next person who needs something fixed. It's a simple life for us here on the Main Road, just helping people keep the lights on and making sure they have the right parts for their wiring.
