Navla Bangles

Navla Bangles is located at No. 20 and 21 in the Kaka Kawa Building. We are on the 3rd Bhoiwada lane in Bhuleswar. If you have ever been to Bhuleswar, you know it is one of the most crowded places in Mumbai. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We spend our days surrounded by hundreds of boxes filled with bangles of all kinds. The building itself is quite old and the stairs can be a bit steep. We have been working out of this space for quite some years now. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We don't have any polished sales pitches or big advertisements. We just open the shop, dust the shelves, and wait for the day to start. Dealing with bangles means we see a lot of colors every day. It’s a lot of work to keep everything organized. Sometimes the boxes get mixed up and we have to spend hours sorting them out again. The neighbors in the building are all doing similar trade. We hear the sounds of the market all day long. It’s a very local way of doing business. No corporate rules here, just common sense and hard work. We stay open until late because that is when the market is most active. It’s a simple life but it keeps us very busy. Most of our customers are regular people from the neighborhood or small retailers.
