Our office is up on the 5th floor of the New Excelsior Bldg. It is a well-known spot on A.K. Nayak Marg. Being located in Fort means we are right in the middle of everything that happens in the city. Navdeep Chemicals Pvt Ltd. has been operating from this specific building for quite some time now. The elevators are sometimes a bit slow, and the hallways have that old Bombay feel to them. It’s a busy street outside with a lot of people walking to the station. We like the energy of the area. It isn't a modern glass tower, but it works perfectly for us. We have our desks set up and the windows look out over the crowded city streets. You can hear the traffic and the constant horns from down below. It’s a noisy place, but you get used to it after a few days. Most of our staff have been coming to this office for years. We know the chai wallah downstairs and the security guard at the main gate. Everything we need is within walking distance. We don't spend any money on fancy decorations. The walls are a bit plain and the furniture is old-fashioned. We just focus on the work we have to do. A.K. Nayak Marg is always crowded, especially during the lunch hour. We usually eat at the small food stalls nearby. It's a practical setup for Navdeep Chemicals Pvt Ltd. and we like it that way.
