Naval Hospital Powai

Naval Hospital Powai is actually located in Kanjur Marg West, right opposite Akruti Corporation Park. The name might say Powai, but we are definitely in the Kanjurmarg area. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of office parks and residential quarters. The hospital serves the naval personnel and their families who live in this part of the city. It’s a decent-sized building, but it doesn't have any of the flashy features you see in private hospitals nowadays. The lobby is a bit plain, with some standard metal chairs and a few health notice boards. We see a lot of regular patients for everyday health issues. The nurses are usually running around with charts, and it can get quite loud when the waiting room is full of families. Since we are right across from Akruti Park, you see all the office workers during the day, but our focus is strictly on the naval community. Traffic in Kanjurmarg West can be quite bad during the evening rush, so getting here can take a while if you’re coming from further out. We don't have a big PR department or anything like that. We just provide a place for people to get checked out and treated for common ailments. It’s a steady, functional environment where the staff knows their duties and the patients know what to expect. We keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary complications in how we run the place.
