Natraj Incorporate

If you are ever walking along MG Road in Kandivali West, you might spot our shop at Turakia Park. We are in Shop No 2, right where the sidewalk gets busy in the afternoons. Natraj Incorporate is a small place, really. We don't have a massive warehouse or dozens of staff members. It’s just a few of us handling the daily tasks and talking to customers who drop by. The shelves are pretty packed with various items, and sometimes it takes us a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for. We don't have a polished corporate look. The floor has some scuffs and the display isn't always perfect, but that's because we are constantly moving things around. Most of our day is spent answering questions and checking stock. It’s a very local feel here. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often share a cup of tea when things are slow. We don't go in for big sales pitches or fancy language. We just tell people what we have and what it costs. It’s a practical way to run a business in a place like Kandivali. The traffic outside can be a headache, but being right on the main road means we get to see all kinds of people every day. We just take it one customer at a time and try to keep things simple.
