Narayan

Our place is called Narayan and you can find us at 8, Marine Villa on Station Road in Vikhroli West. It is a very busy spot because the station is right there. There is a constant stream of people walking past our door from morning until night. The noise of the trains and the crowds is just part of our day. Being in an old building like Marine Villa gives it a certain character, though it’s nothing special to look at. We have a small setup here where we handle our daily business. It’s mostly just us answering the phone or talking to whoever drops by. Because we are so close to the station, we get all sorts of people coming in to ask questions. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been here for a long time. The office is simple, with just the basic furniture we need. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because that isn't what we are about. We just do our work and go home like everyone else. The heat can be a bit much in the afternoons, so we keep the fan going full speed. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve seen many shops come and go on Station Road, but we are still here in our little corner of the villa. It takes some patience to work in such a crowded area, but we like the energy of the people moving around all the time. It keeps things interesting.
