Our place is on the first floor of the Nand Kripa Shopping Centre. It’s a busy building with other shops and people coming and going all the time. Being in Mumbai, space is always something you have to think about, but we have enough room here for people to hold their functions and gatherings. We’ve seen all kinds of events here, from small birthday parties to weddings where everyone is dressed up and there is music playing. It can get quite loud, but that is the point of a celebration, isn’t it? We don't have a big corporate office or a team of planners. It is mostly just us handling the bookings and making sure the hall is clean before the next group arrives. The first floor location is nice because it’s a little bit away from the direct noise of the street, but you can still feel the energy of Andheri West. We’ve been at this address, 400058, for a while now. Some days it’s very quiet and we are just dusting the chairs, and other days it’s complete chaos with people everywhere. We just take it as it comes. It’s a practical place for local people to get together and we like being part of those memories.
