You can find us at Shop No 8 in the N G Patil House. We are right in the middle of Rustam Market in Tilak Nagar. It’s quite close to the Marumata Temple, which is how most people find their way to us. Namrata Housekeeping Services is mostly about a group of us who go out and clean offices and homes. Our small shop is where we keep all the mops, buckets, and cleaning chemicals. It’s usually a bit of a mess in the shop because we are always moving gear in and out. The E G Link Road gets really busy during the day, so getting our teams to their locations can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. We’ve been working in the 400071 area for a long time. Most of our workers live nearby in Chembur. We aren't a big company with a HR department or anything corporate. If someone needs a job done, they just come talk to us at the shop. We write things down in a big ledger and figure out who is free to go. It’s physical work and it’s tiring for everyone. We spend a lot of time scrubbing and dusting. It's not glamorous, but it keeps the bills paid. We just try to do a decent job so people ask us back next time. That's how we’ve stayed in business all these years in this market.
