Namdev Telecome

We are tucked away at 5th Cross 2 in Bhayander East. Namdev Telecome has been here long enough that we know most of the people who walk past our door every morning. It is a small place, mainly filled with phone accessories, recharge cards, and a few handsets sitting on the display shelf. The counter is where we spend the majority of our day, talking to customers or trying to fix a connection issue for someone who is frustrated. Bhayander East is a very crowded place, and the 5th Cross gets its fair share of foot traffic and noise. We have a small stool for people to sit on while they wait for their SIM cards to activate or their phones to charge up. It is not a high-tech lab, just a local shop where we try to be as helpful as we can. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers for a second, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the area. We keep the shop open quite late because that is when most people are coming home from their jobs and realize they need something for their phones. There is a lot of chatter and noise from the street, but it feels right to us. We do not have any fancy uniforms or anything like that. Usually, it is just us in regular clothes, drinking tea and handling the daily business. We have seen the neighborhood change and we stay here.
