Nalanda Maritime Academy Private Limited is down in the Ballard Estate area of Fort, Mumbai. We are on Shahid Bhagatsingh Road. The address is 31/33 Patra Chawl, specifically on Vk Marg. We are on the ground floor at number 16. If you know South Mumbai, you know this area has a lot of history and old buildings. Our place is part of that. It’s a ground-floor unit, which is convenient because we don’t have to deal with elevators. It’s a bit of an old-school vibe in this part of town. We handle a lot of maritime training details here. The office is often full of papers and manuals. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but it’s where we work every day. The streets around Ballard Estate are usually busy with people going to various offices. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. It feels a bit like a workshop sometimes because of the way things are laid out. We don’t have a fancy reception area. Usually, one of us will just look up from a desk when someone walks in.
