If you are looking for us, we are in Building Number 3 at Jay Vijay Industrial Estate, specifically unit 112 B. This is right near the Bapane Phata in Naigaon East. It is a bit of a trek from the main station, but the shared rickshaws get you here eventually. The estate stays busy from dawn until late at night. We spend our days surrounded by the smell of plastic and the sound of tape dispensers. The office part is just a small partitioned area where we keep the files and take phone calls. It’s often dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we try to keep the products clean. We usually have a few guys helping with the loading and unloading. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. Most of the time, I’m in my work clothes helping move stuff around because something always needs shifting. We’ve seen the area grow a lot since we first moved into this gala. There used to be fewer buildings around the Phata back then. Now, it’s a whole maze of units. We just focus on our own small corner and try to stay on top of the orders that come in. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten together on the packing tables. It is a very hands-on way to run a business, but it is the only way we know how to do it properly.
