Classic Packaging Industries

Classic Packaging Industries is located at No. 3 Karim Shaikh Compound, which is near Vaishali Nagar. It is pretty much opposite Waghdevi Nagar in the Ghartan Pada part of Dahisar East. If you know the neighborhood, you know it can get quite hectic with all the traffic and people moving around. Our workshop is tucked away inside the compound, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, but not by much. We have a lot of neighbors who are also doing industrial work, so there is always the sound of machinery or someone shouting across the yard. The space we have is practical for what we do. We mostly deal with various types of packaging materials, so there are rolls and stacks of stuff everywhere you look. It’s not a showroom, just a place where work happens. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high because the compound can get really warm in the afternoons. Most of us take our lunch breaks together and talk about the usual things like cricket or the local news. We don't have a big office staff, just a few of us who handle the phone and the paperwork. It’s a bit of a squeeze when a big delivery comes in, but we make it work. We've been in Dahisar East for a long time and we like the grit of the area.
