Andheri is a hectic place, but once you step into our office, it’s all about engineering and structural plans. We spend our time looking at drawings and making sure buildings are designed to be safe and strong. It’s not the kind of work that gets a lot of glory, but it’s very important. Our office is more like a workshop for engineers. We have big tables for blueprints and computers for all our calculations. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate decorations. It’s just a place where real work happens. The lane outside is always moving, but we stay focused on our projects. We’ve been at this location for quite some time now. We aren't a giant consulting firm with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team that really knows the structural side of things. We don't use a lot of buzzwords.
