N. P. Engineering Works Mumbai

We are located over in Mira Road East, in the Priyesh Industrial Estate. If you know where Bhanji Udyog Nagar is, we're right there at Unit No. 4. It’s a decent space for the engineering work we handle every day. It's not a huge place, but we have enough room for the lathes and our welding setup. Getting here can be a bit of a squeeze when the delivery trucks are blocking Penkar Pada, which happens more often than not. We’ve been in this unit for a good bit now. Most of the guys here have been working with metal since they were kids. We don't have a front desk or anyone to answer the phone constantly, so usually, you just hear the machines when you walk in. We do a lot of small parts and some bigger repairs too. It’s steady work and it keeps us out of trouble. The lighting isn't the best in the back corner of the shop, but we know where every tool is kept. Sometimes the heat gets to us in the peak of summer, but that’s just how it is in Mumbai. We keep a water cooler in the corner that gets a lot of use. There isn't much to say about us other than we like working with our hands. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around. We just want to do the work right so the same people come back. It's a simple way to run things.
