N. C. L. Food Industries

N. C. L. Food Industries is located in Andheri West, right in the Jankicentre building on Veera Desai Road. Room 509 is where we keep our main office and some of the smaller operations. Andheri is always moving, and Veera Desai Road is one of those places that never really sleeps. We are surrounded by all sorts of businesses, from media houses to food places. Our setup is quite simple. We deal with food processing, so we have to keep everything very clean, which takes up a lot of our time. It’s not a giant factory like you see on TV, but more of a focused urban unit. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. We don't have big meetings or long emails. We just talk to each other and get the work sorted. Sometimes the elevators in Jankicentre are slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps us fit, I guess. We have a few windows that look out over the city, which is nice when we take a break. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or slogans. We just focus on making sure the food products we handle are done right. It's a busy life, but we like being in the heart of Mumbai.
