My Genie

We are over at Dheeraj Heritage in Santacruz West. Our place is 232/233, right on S.V. Road in Daulat Nagar. If you know where Milan Mall is, we are very close to that. My Genie is a bit different from the usual shops around here. We handle a variety of things, but it’s all run in a very simple way. Mumbai is a fast place, and S.V. Road is always buzzing with cars and people. We try to be a reliable spot in the middle of all that chaos. The shop isn't fancy, and sometimes the air conditioning feels like it could be stronger, but we do our best. We’ve got a small team that knows the stock well. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny signs. Most people find us because they live nearby or they were heading to the mall and saw us. We spend a lot of time just organizing things and talking to people who walk in. It’s hard work keeping a business going in a city like this, but we’ve managed to stick around. We don't have any grand plans to expand, we just want to keep serving the people who come to us in Santacruz. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. We just keep the lights on and help whoever walks through the door looking for something specific.
