You can find us at 1c Gambhir Estate in Maharashtra. We are all about mushrooms here. It’s a specific kind of work that requires a lot of attention to detail every single day. The estate is where we have our setup. It isn't a shiny office building; it's more of a working farm and distribution point. We spend a lot of time monitoring the climate because mushrooms are very picky about where they grow. The rooms are kept at certain temperatures and it can get quite damp inside. We have a small team of workers who help with the harvesting and packing. It’s a 365-day job because the mushrooms don't stop growing just because it's a weekend or a holiday. We started small and have just kept at it over the years. There is a lot of mud and water involved in the process, so we are usually in boots and rough clothes. We don’t have a marketing department. We just focus on growing the crop and getting it out to the local markets. People in the area know us as the mushroom folks. We have our routine: check the beds, harvest the ones that are ready, and get the next batch started. It’s a cycle that never really ends for us. We’re just a local company in Maharashtra trying to do a good job with a unique crop. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep going until the work is finished.
